What is WIOA?

The Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federal program that helps job seekers obtain education, training, and support services. It’s designed to assist individuals who are unemployed or under‐employed in gaining the skills needed for in-demand jobs.

We are currently in the submission and approval process for the WIOA grant. We hope to offer this grant funding in late 2026!

Who Qualifies

Are a resident or eligible to work in the U.S. (or meet local/state criteria)
Are 18 years or older (or as required by your state workforce board)
Are unemployed, under‐employed, or facing barriers to employment (such as lack of skills, recent layoffs, low income)
Meet income guidelines or have approval from your local workforce board
